Leather-Wrapped Instrument Panel

Strengths: We are able to finish large, entire instrument panels with genuine leather. Our production method gives a tailor-made look by making templates from the 3D shape of an instrument panel. We then cut and sew the leather together and wrap it around the core materials of the instrument panel.

Vacuum Formed And Simultaneous Pressed Skin Instrument Panel

Strengths: We use a vacuum forming and simultaneous pressing method that wraps a skin sheet with a soft layer around the core materials of the instrument panel. Compared to forming the soft layer with foam molding, this method requires fewer processes and molds, and can achieve an instrument panel with excellent feel at a low cost.

Injection-Molded Skin Instrument Panel

Strengths: We produce our instrument panel skins, which feel good to touch, using generic injection molding methods. There is no need to invest in special equipment as they can be made using generic equipment, and we are able to supply instrument panels with the same quality from our many global sites.

Stitched Instrument Panel

Strengths: We have instrument panels with decorative stitches added to their molded skins that display craftmanship like that of luxury cars. The seams are molded with fake grooves that resemble the stitches of real thread, and the sides are sewn up with a real sewing machine.
